Terms and Conditions for Expert Card Counter (iOS App)

Welcome to Expert Card Counter! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Expert Card Counter mobile application (the "App"), owned and operated by Expert Card Counter ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1 You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission.

1.2 You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Freemium Model and Subscriptions

2.1 The App is offered under a freemium model. Some features are available for free, while others require a subscription.

2.2 Subscription options include:

• Monthly Plan

• Annual Plan

• Lifetime Access (one-time payment)

2.3 Payments are processed via Apple’s App Store. You agree to Apple’s terms for in-app purchases.

2.4 Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription via your Apple ID account settings.

3. User Content and Conduct

3.1 You are responsible for any content you submit, upload, or share through the App.

3.2 You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers

• Attempt to reverse engineer the App

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Expert Card Counter and its licensors.

4.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1 The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by updating the date at the top of this document.

7.2 Your continued use of the App after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
